CJIA’s CX Boot camp

We haven’t had one in a while,  and last last  two good weeks of cross racing are coming up (including STATEN CROSS!  Pre-reg now!),  so I figured it was about time.
 
We’re having a very special CX Boot camp on wed morning.   Meet at 530AM at the park entrance on 72nd and 5th Ave.  We’ll do a warmup lap of the park and then do our drills in the northwest part of the park (the area just west of the top of harlem hill)
 
boiko will be bringing barriers so that we can practice mounts and dismounts, etc
