Cadence Cycling & Multisport Fall/Winter Group Ride

Cadence Group Ride Meet every Sunday at Cadence, 174 Hudson St.(cross Vestry) at 8AM. The ride will head up the west side bike path and regroup on the NJ side of the GWB for a 9AM departure. Ride length and pace will vary depending on the size and ability of the group, but a lightly spirited pace is expected. Rules No aerobars, no MTBs. All riders must be able to complete a 60 mile ride on their own. All riders must provide their own tools, tube, nutrition, etc. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Helmets are MANDATORY. Ride may be canceled without notice due to foul weather, so use your best judgement or call 212-226-4400 on Saturday to ensure the ride is still taking place. We will do our best to keep the group together. Most rides will be 2.5-3 hours in length, so please plan/dress accordingly.
